A very kind chart, this one makes me happy I am not obese at all, although I am a little overweight.

Well now I'm sad.
ReplyDeleteI really like this chart. I consider myself about 30 overweight but according to the chart I have about 20 lbs to go to be obese.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm..that might not be that far away as I am thinking about quitting smoking. Maybe gain the twenty pounds and then have the weightloss surgery.
